In fine condition, with one inch to 1 1/2 in. or slightly larger margins. Very slight loss upper right corner where original AAA folder hinge attached (see photos). Faint pencil annotations bottom right corner., Framed in accordance with accepted conservation standards, acid free mats and mounts, removable hinging.

The lithograph relates to the Depression era policy of reducing agricultural output in order to raise prices by "plowing under" already planted crops.
